“Went outside to find my front nearside was flat, the staff booked me in fort hat afternoon and sorted me out with a full set as required, balancing/tracking was sorted out and the car feel soooooo much better. As usual that staff were very friendly and straight talking. I was shown a full photographic log of issues and wear pattern. Top stuff with continue to use for each of my vehicles.”

Got there a bit early and started right away. It didn't take too long and I waited around for it.
Once it was complete, the mechanic went through and explained all advisories picked up and how to rectify them.”

“Booked free bike check 28/12/23. Outstanding service from Ben who came to the car to carry my bike to the store. He checked the bike as he pushed it across the car park to see how smoothly it ran. Very knowledgeable, I didn’t feel I was being rushed and felt the bike would be thoroughly checked. When I returned to the store later Ben was more than happy to adjust the height of the saddle for me and then carry the bike out to the car and lift it in for me. This is the third time I’ve taken my bike back to Halfords Poole and am always impressed by the level of service.”

“Mixed experience - the off side front tyre installed incorrectly and all lots of wheel nut covers were left off, and no dust caps were in place - however everything was rectified very quickly when the issues were discovered, plus the team installed brake discs and pads on the same day they were found needing to be replaced.”
