This is not a one off, she has been a couple of times and they have taken the time to explain and direct her to the best next step. This sort of service is exemplary and the staff at this branch are a credit to your organisation. Duncan was the staff member involved although the team looked at the car for her. “Very quick turnaround on replacing four tyres. One star lost due to the guys getting the air pressure wrong. They filled the front tyres to 31 PSI and the rears to 37, when it should have been the other way round. On driving away, the tyre pressure warning light came on and I had to fill the tyres correctly.”

“Needed new tyres fitted on short notice, they were able to fit me in same day, take my car in slightly earlier than my slot which meant I could get home nice and early after the alignment. Really reassuring that I had purchased the right tyres and took time to explain the process of what they were doing to ensure I was comfortable and that my car was safe to drive. “Had a great experience. Stacie was lovely on the desk, very pleasant. Booked in for wheel alignment but unfortunately I was told I needed the camber doing before job was finished and advised where to go first and re booked back in. So went to get camber adjusted. Both times Stacey accommodated me in my hours break. Wayne did the front and rear alignment and gave me feed back on the job. Driving home it was clear he had done a great job as the car went in a straight line with my hands off the wheel. Thank you ?”

“Hated the price but the work needed done and it would have been more elsewhere, they did an amazing job on my car and fixed things that had been an issue for a while, full new brakes and calipers ready for me to go to work when promised. These guys were amazing, thanks guys”
