Online EWM has disgustingly bad customer service. They Never answer emails despite saying they would within 3!!! days. A parcel due to be delivered to this shop by 15/16 th November by Evri still has not been and today is the 29th. Where is my refund??? I'm furious.

I went into this shop the other day to browse and see what they had, very simple. But as I was walking by there was a mirror so I checked myself to see if I looked suitable in such nice setting but then a staff member rudely made a comment saying I either stop or get out because the shop is not a beauty salon.
