Gave us a time slot for 3-5pm I finished work early myself (losing pay) at 12 to make sure was home for them to collect there tool, only for them not to ring and say they’re not coming, so I ring them to be told, not coming now and not sure reason why!! Bad service all around..won’t be using them again
