“Booked free bike check 28/12/23. Outstanding service from Ben who came to the car to carry my bike to the store. He checked the bike as he pushed it across the car park to see how smoothly it ran. Very knowledgeable, I didn’t feel I was being rushed and felt the bike would be thoroughly checked. When I returned to the store later Ben was more than happy to adjust the height of the saddle for me and then carry the bike out to the car and lift it in for me. This is the third time I’ve taken my bike back to Halfords Poole and am always impressed by the level of service.”

“Popped into topps tiles today to get some underfloor heating. Compelled to write a review as it’s so rare these days to find great, friendly and helpful staff. Today Gary was really very helpful with all our many questions before we purchased. They had everything in stock for us to take away and he was helpful working out all the extras we needed. We went to Topps Tiles as they had the best prices for what we were looking for. Very impressed and happy to recommend. Thank you for such great service .”

“Frequent visitor and always come out with a bag load of cds,streaming is all good and well but remember tracks can be took down at anytime with cds all the tracks will always be there.”

“Very good . The guys phoned the suppliers to see if the shower valve I was fitting would fit my existing set up . And when I had a problem with fitting they were excellent in trying to help. In the end it worked out that it was user error and they were cool about it . I'm a competent DIY person who has been building boats for 30+ years . Change a shower valve . How hard can it be ? ? MPH in Poole are excellent and were cheaper than toolstation.”

“Plenty of parking. We went to collect a click and collect order ordered the day before. Staff were helpful, making sure other customer's purchases weren't too heavy to carry. While there, we also bought some geraniums, the best I've seen locally, at 4 for £14.”

“Thank you to the young lady who didn't get fed up or roll her eyes ast night when I needed to quickly exchange a pet carrier. My pup really wasn't well, I brought the small one but it was tiny however it was 7.50 pm and normally I would have left for the following day but this was urgent as holding him wasn't helping him.

Unfortunately delivered to the wrong room and didn't pick up the furniture.Normally this wouldn't be a problem but as it's for a disabled man who can't work... It was a problem, but we've managed to move it to the correct room after a few weeks.Staff were helpful and delivery was very quick...”

“I visited the Poole home store last night with 10 minutes to spare before closing after a very disappointed visit to Dunelm wanting some large cushion inserts for my sofa the male member of staff was absolutely amazing unfortunately the inserts were not big enough but he came up with another solution of square pillows which fitted perfectly and even carried them to the till unfortunately I didn't get his name.A very big thank you and a10 out of 10 for customer service”
