Both firms had similar feedback scores, but you never know that they might be bogus in some cases... Instead of being questioned by the other seller, when a faulty product was delievered , Bt Office was sound and they rectified the small damage that was occured to one of the castor wheels. “A revamp of the kitchen department late last year encouraged us to consider buying a new kitchen with appliances from the store. Out of three stores' designs and costings, Homebase came out on top for us and we were so pleased with the result. We dealt with Jan and Dansan, both very helpful and friendly and dealt with our queries quickly and we weren't hurried into going ahead with their proposal until we were certain what we were getting. We've had the kitchen for a month now and are really very pleased with it. We will be recommending this branch of Homebase to anyone considering buying a kitchen.Oh, and the garden section is good too, having bought our summer bedding from this store for several years running.The professionalism of the kitchen project has elevated this branch to our first choice for home and garden products.”

“I don't leave reviews often. I'm happy to be able to provide one today.For me, what's important when I purchase something is good customer care. Whilst I can appreciate that there are always procedures to follow, and that I'm dealing with people who have feelings - people who get out of bed to work in this company, to help and provide a good experience to me, the customer. Having been in this industry myself, I know this can be a challenging task. The challenges arise when people think you're a genie and absolutely have to do it their way. Or perhaps, don't understand that rules are rules and have to be followed - no matter how loud they scream or have a tantrum. So I always do my best to make sure not to ruin someones day, over something they can't control. Because let's face it, who wants to serve and do the best for someone being rude ? I can tell you, I never did. I helped the nice person first. The rude people where popped till last. But that's me.I gave you this insight because it brings me to the review. I had just purchased a tablet and the pen nib gave way. Called up manufacturers and they said go back. Here I came to meet the staff and a manager who took me under their wing from the first issue (the pen nib - to the second issue - screen burn - through to the last issue - malfunctioning application. ) First off the staff were friendly and happy people from the get go. Craig the manager was clear and professional. Honestly, he's why I'm here writing the review. It's been a long time since I've walked into a place and felt like a person that's valued. He was so kind. Helped at every opportunity and explained how to do what I needed to do. Not being overly technical, he spent time with me transferring my data - so helpful! I just appreciate him and his team so much.Argos is lucky to have this man working for them. I highly recommend this place. I will return to this particular store because it just feels like home. If I could nominate Craig for manager of the year I would!!Thank you again, Craig, for helping this old lady out, and being so tremendously kind to me. I appreciate you and your lovely staff. ?”

“I can’t rate this place enough! The selection in the shop I found to be of very good quality and I saw plenty of things that I liked. I have ordered for delivery many things from here. I need to completely furnish a one bedroom property from scratch and on a budget. I will be going back again and again still. I have to give enormous credit to the staff in this shop though! The woman who I spoke to many times in here, June was more than lovely and very helpful indeed. Another male member of staff I also found to be of great help.
