My 9 year old daughter was having issues with her Pandora earrings. Sophie couldn’t have been more helpful and polite. Excellent customer service in store and now I have an extremely happy daughter.

Personal thank you for Amy. My daughter had placed a ring in store a few months ago to be mended. Twice she has gone in and asked to be told it is not in store. Today Amy went above and beyond to help find the ring. A very happy daughter. Such great customer service.
