“Popped into Ernest Jones Poole yesterday. My grandson had a watch for Christmas and the strap needed to be altered.
We could not have asked for more exemplary service from a gentleman working in the shop.He made the strap 3 links smaller and an hour later we were back for a link be put back in!!!
Throughout, the service was charming. Nothing too much trouble. And at the end of it all there was no charge!

“I can’t express enough how happy I am with my 2 year old daughter’s ear piercing. We came about 3 weeks ago and the lady there (with the London accent sorry I didn’t get your name!) was absolutely amazing. To be honest I was skeptical about the higher priced jewlers gold earrings (not containing any nickel) having a shorter healing time but it really is true! My daughter hasn’t had any scabbing or issues. They were just like healed straight away. Exactly what kids need no stress from healing. When I was a kid I remember mine being scabby for weeks.
