“Where to start… I’ve had the absolute pleasure of dealing with this company since the late eighties when they were in Blandford. Everything from watch servicing, jewellery repairs and adjustments not to mention many new purchases by me or my family over the years. Over this time, one of the things I’ve found most helpful is the fact that, being a true family run business, the staff have remained largely unchanged and I’ve come to know virtually all personally. Probably most of my dealings have been with Alison who has been exemplary however the same has to be said for all the girls. Now, the important bit. It’s no good having great staff and service if the product is of low standard. No worries there - me or my family have never once had reason to question works performed or items bought. Every care is taken by the girls to ensure the product is right for you, that the fitting is correct and, as importantly, that it is within your budget – no hard sell here! My latest purchase was wedding bands. Going elsewhere never entered our minds. Got them today and we are overjoyed. Thank you Alison, Helen, Angie, Wendy and Suzanne… until the next visit! We came about 3 weeks ago and the lady there (with the London accent sorry I didn’t get your name!) was absolutely amazing.
