Blanche advised that it may not be back in time before the big day and instead offered to give my ring a clean for free. I had only had my ring re-dipped 6 months prior, so it didn't look too bad, just a little dull compared to my shiny wedding band. The clean brought it up lovely and sparkly. Very happy. “Really pleased with our experience here. The staff were very helpful and accommodating after we had been held up at another local business. The piercer was kind, warming and friendly which helped my daughter feel at ease whilst having her ears pierced for the first time. The lady was also very informative with instructions to keep it clean and safe. Highly recommend and will be my first place to go if she wants any more.”

“Excellent service this afternoon, lady was very helpful with my click and collect I actually ordered the slightly wrong spacers for the braclet I ordered, as she advised me the ones I order would move to freely on the braclet and I wanted the ones that didn't move unless you try to move them...she exchanged them over no problem without any fuss even know I was very close to closing time, Would use again. Highly recommend because of the service I received today didn't catch her name but she had very good customer service skills and very colourful hair which looked lovely.”
