He offered to test my watch battery and provided information about costs of replacements and cleaning service and had a very friendly, helpful manner. My watch got fixed whilst we waited. I'd certainly go there again.”

“First of all, my fiancé and I are completely in love with the final design of the ring and the constant support and care Carrie showed us. We walked into Michael Matthew’s shop (the first reason was because we saw a dog in the shop) and ended up sitting down and talking to Carrie through cost and what we were looking for. I was introduced to a complete different design I had in mind which I fell in love with and this was all because Carrie really took the time to understand what my fiancé and I were both looking for. In the end, i left it all down to Carrie and my fiancée to plan. As the picture shows, my ring is absolutely beautiful! Carrie and my fiancé designed this ring together keeping in mind my ask for a think band/mount. This was all designed and made in time for our holiday in Iceland which was where the proposal happened. Carrie has truly made our vision come to life!

I also want to thank the manager in the store for helping us resize my ring as well as always offering a free clean on the ring whenever I need it.

“Today , I took my 6 year old daughter to get her ears pierced at the Bournemouth branch. The woman who pierced them was kind , caring and didn’t rush the process at all even though she was lone working in the shop , it was lunch time and the shop was busy. She reassured my daughter , explained the process and because she did all that my daughter didn’t flinch or get upset at all . I do not promote lone working as i feel it’s unsafe and asking a lot of an employee however she dealt with it brilliantly - stayed calmed , stay patient and apologised to other customers who were waiting . She is a credit to your company and I hope this review & credit gets passed on to her.”
