Awful customer service. Was told it is e-receipt only which I wasn't happy about to start with, but I never received the email either! I wanted to return my items but was told that it is exchange only on sale items which was not displayed any in the store, I was told it is on the receipt (of which I still hadn't received)... read full comment

Majority of the time fine when come in the shop but often there’s one particular girl who is just really rude and moody with really bad customer service. Dark brown hair, slim, lip filler. not sure if she’s supervisor or manager. But came in for a return, said hi and asked if I could do a return to which she just said... read full comment
