Given a prescription in a plain white box without containing the patient information leaflet. Have suffered some horrendous side effects which I wasn’t sure whether they were related to the medication I was taking until I called 111. Will not be using this pharmacy again.

This can make it much easier to collect regular prescription medicines. We can also offer advice if you’ve been prescribed a new medicine, or are starting a course of treatment after being discharged from hospital.
