“Went in today for the Tailor Made massage experience, I had Lauren for my treatment. Great massage wasn’t sure what to expect, kind of a hybrid between a relaxing and a sports massage. On arrival signed in with the staff in the cosmetics shop who were lovely, I actually arrived early and was seen before my treatment was supposed to start. The ‘consultation’ was nice a relaxed definitely gave the spa treatment feel, I was able to customise my experience via the products which were going to be used. The massage was again in a spa like treatment room, with its own individual music and essence. The massage was definitely more sports massage like. I’d say best of both worlds. Lauren was great really professional but lovely and friendly, would definitely go back. On leaving again other staff in the shop were really friendly and asked about my experience. Overall would definitely recommend lush spa Poole and would definitely go back. Thanks Lauren ?”
