“Found a keenly-priced eye pencil sharpener which is what I'd gone in for. My shopping experience took a turn for the worse however at the self-checkout where I had to ask an unkempt shop assistant to help me with my transaction. I would suggest his manager should be directing him to the shampoo, shower gel and antiperspirant aisles. Most unpleasant.”

“Today , I took my 6 year old daughter to get her ears pierced at the Bournemouth branch. The woman who pierced them was kind , caring and didn’t rush the process at all even though she was lone working in the shop , it was lunch time and the shop was busy. She reassured my daughter , explained the process and because she did all that my daughter didn’t flinch or get upset at all . I do not promote lone working as i feel it’s unsafe and asking a lot of an employee however she dealt with it brilliantly - stayed calmed , stay patient and apologised to other customers who were waiting . She is a credit to your company and I hope this review & credit gets passed on to her.”
