“Popped in for some groceries last week and my phone without my knowledge (and cards) fell into the bin between the self serve checkouts accidentally. Slightly panicked but a great young lady and a guy helped me find it which I really appreciated.”

“What a lovely place! Welcoming staff, clean, a cool retro feel. We were here for a light lunch and decided on a toasted ciabatta and an omelette. Both were freshly prepared and cooked perfectly. We have recently started drinking mint tea and the one served here was delicious, served in a glass teapot with a jug of hot top up water. how nice. The service was excellent, just so friendly. Thanks to the new waiter too, learning the trade and doing a great job! Definitely returning whenever we're in Poole. Thank you.”

“Good selection and fast service. However, the aisles are narrow to get through with a pushchair and there were unmanned stock cages left in the aisles so I had to reroute twice to get to the till as I couldn't get through.”

“Probably the most beautifully located Tesco Express in the whole country set opposite a sandy beach overlooking fantastically beautiful Poole Bay and also housed at the bottom of an interesting white art deco style block of flats.Staff in this branch are also all unbelievably nice and helpful, although the blonde lady in her 40s is by far the nicest staff member of all. This is definitely the creme de la creme of all Tesco Express's in the entire United Kingdom.”

“Always very friendly staff but a special mention to a young man in there that is always friendly, polite and helpful. This shop can be very busy but they are very efficient.”

“Friendly staff and good card selection. Also good for sweets and cheap little toys for toddlers. Post office is handy. Ignore the whingers, obviously it’s going to be expensive compared to the supermarket next door who exploit farmers and don’t pay them enough for milk and use their size to lean on suppliers..”

“I went into this Co-op needing a big parcel box and tape. The Post Office did not have a big parcel box andrather than waiting in the Post Office queue, a gentlemen with a beard in his late twenties possibly the manager (I forget his name) found me a parcel box and tape. He also helped me tape it up using their own electrical tape. They did not need to do this and he helped using his own time and resources. Thank you and I would highly recommend.”

“I'm only here to pick up my parcel. Amazon lockers. There's a decent sized car park which is free with no time limits. And plus you have the co-op if you want some refreshments when waiting for or collecting your Amazon parcel. There's also a couple of other shops there's Julian house charity shop you could pass some time in. I highly recommend it. And you have a lovely cafe, it's around the back of the co-op it's part of the church it's called the hub cafe.”

“I can't praise the Staff enough in this store. However this afternoon just popped down and parked in the legal spot by the delivery entrance. To then return to my vehicle to be approached by the driver of the milk lorry that had just turned up to state that I could not park there. I showed him I was in a parking spot of which he still argued with me that it was for deliveries. I told him I wasn't going to argue with him. Some times that spot is coned off when a delivery is expected, however not today. I did not appreciate the way the driver spoke to me.”

“Have used the click and collect grocery service a few times now with the various supermarkets. Returned to Tescos as their fresh veg has been consistently good. Only the one bay at this Tescos for picking up, to reflect the size of the store and parking facilities I guess. Easy process. Generally 5 star service, but after Monday's service, down to 4 star - it would just be nice to have 'service with a smile' and/or some sort of friendly interaction from the man who was doing the click and collect service then. Doesn't cost anything and makes shopping more enjoyable, especially when you aren't seeing as many people these days.”

“Its nice but some stuff is so expensive for example takis are 3.99 for a bag each and bottles of prime are 2.49 each. Normally in shops for example lucosade is sold for over 1 pound each but for 2 its sold for 250.”

“Have been to this store a few times late at night. The members of staff l encountered were friendly and customer friendly. Obviously being a Tesco Express it's a compact store with essentials rather than a fully fledged store.”

“The coop has always been a handy shop to go to as it's very local to me. Every time I go in its been spotless. Although there's no signage where products are its easy to find. There's been a new small bakery section that has heat lamps to keep the food warm which is nice. Overall I recommend this place just make sure to bring enough money as it is quite expensive compared to Aldi, Asda etc”

“Been going here quite a bit recently, particularly with the ongoing roadworks around Wallisdown. Recommend for parking, reasonable selection of groceries, chilled, toiletries etc., obviously may not as cheap as nearby bigger supermarkets but much more convenient to pop into without getting stuck in traffic. Plus there's a small Post Office inside too.”
