“Easy and friendly service. Always helpful. I’ve sent parcels, done Amazon returns, collected packages (delivered via DPD and EVRI). Even if there is a queue, it moves quickly. I gave up on the main Boscombe post office some time ago. This place is 100% better and is open when it says! Oh and the hours are great, open until 6pm 6 days a week AND even open on Sunday!Thank you ?”

“Very good store. But no pharmacy section like other big Tesco. Also, the area has bad phone and Internet network. One may not be able to be contacted for impromptu pick up at the store.”

“The hotel & room were clean, tidy& quite newly decorated. The sea view rooms are worth paying for as the view is amazing, full view of the beach, sea & pier. The bed & pillows are ok, not the best sleep but adequate. The brassiere blanc restaurant is fantastic, we would usually eat elsewhere but the food was so nice the 1st night that we returned the 2nd night. Disappointingly the breakfast was only slightly warm or cold both mornings. The cooked items appear hot but not when eating- maybe because of the cold plate? The pancakes were sat with the cereals so stone cold but nice if were hot. Slow service for breakfast.”

“A very big bright fully stocked M&S store offering a multitude of great items. The shelves looked freshly stocked, the flowers were positively blooming & the staff were friendly & helpful. Overall a wonderful shopping experience and would recommend. There is a car park behind this store and plenty of cafes in the immediate vicinity.”

“We have stayed in this hotel 3 times now and absolutely love it. The rooms are always clean spotless and the beds are always so comfy especially when staying in a family room. We booked breakfast and dinner at the hotel for each night and we stayed 4 nights. This year I found out I had a gluten allergy and I was catered for fantastically. They had a special no containing gluten menu at night time with so much choice ! Breakfast they had gluten free bread and offered to cooked anything I wanted separately. The food in general was great ! The only downfall was the lift broke a few times down to the car park while we were there which caused us to have to walk down the stairs to the cat park with big suitcases and pushchairs but that’s the only little niggle I have ! Going back in October and we cannot wait !”

“Medina Food has been my go-to spot for top-quality meats in Bournemouth centre for three years.Their wide selection, fresh cuts, and friendly service make every visit a pleasure. Highly recommended! If I need a specific meat or cut and they don't have it they will bring it for me for the next day!”

“I use this shop regularly and whilst I'm aware that most people will only complain about things I'm happy to give credit where it's due. The staff are some of the best I've seen. Sadly ,and all too often, I can go into a store where the staff are very few, don't want to work there and are sullen and moody. My experience in this one stop over the last few weeks has now made it my first call for shopping. In particular, a young lady, who's name I noted from her name badge, called Amanda has been most helpful. I deal with cancer and she really puts herself out there to assist me with practical help and a smile. I don't feel rushed and am very grateful for her patience. A five star service which is worth my time in putting my review on here. Well done all and thanks.”

“I went to this Tesco express to pick up some items, and needed to find a loca, chemist as I am visiting Bournmouth. I needed to locate a pharmacy. I asked a member of staff called Jason who stopped what he was doing and spent time looking for a pharmacy, he was polite and helpful. I was very impressed by the customer service I received as he went out of his way to help. Also, I had forgotten to print out my receipt, and a very kind and helpful staff member called Dio working behind the checkout got it all sorted in seconds. I would like to say I had a pleasant experience at this store, and it has valued members of staff.”

“Really well stocked, always get what I want at 7am in the mornings. Staff friendly and polite. Only reason I didn’t give a 5 star rating was because the Costa coffee machine area is absolutely filthy. I’ve cleaned the area up multiple times, it needs addressing.”

“It has everything you need for topping up your weekly shop. The essentials plus few other things too. Costs a bit more than the big supermarket however it's a inconvenience I am willing to make, when you have to consider parking and transport to get there.”
