“I visited Screwfix at Parkstone this morning. I had some gift cards to spend and the guy on the till wasn't too sure how to process them. He then fetched someone who did. It was a long winded process, (no fault of the assistant) but he got on with it and dealt with my purchase. Very professional and even made me a coffee while I waited.”
