Disappointed with pharmacy staff. I had a prescription from the hospital for chloramphenicol gel (due to an eye injury). The pharmacy staff said they didn’t have it in stock but I could buy the Optrex equivalent off the shelf instead at a cost of around £9 and suggested I buy 2 packs.
