Duplicate dentist appointment was booked by accident so I called up to cancel the moment I saw the appointment in my calendar. The receptionist was SO unbelievably rude, she questioned me, wasn’t understanding at all and insinuated that I was lying. It was like she wanted to argue with me. I’m a new patient as well...
