“I dont write reviews very often but I do think when people go the extra mile it should be made known. I like to try to support local business where I can. I'm disabled and mostly housebound. The pharmacy deliver my medication in doset boxes which really is a godsend. Theres 2 big positives for me. It can be delivered and in doset boxes.There have previously been little niggles with getting things on time but things have changed in a multitude of ways.I can only praise the staff Mark, Mona and Jessie for todays help. On going in to collect some extra medication Mark mentioned he was doing my doset boxes right then. I waited in the car and it turns out my doctors surgery had not signed off all my medication. He was straight onto it and chased it, then went a step beyond saying I will be calling them later today if its not done, and will call you as soon as it is. Previously ive thought it was the pharmacy that werent getting things organised but I've seen on the screen 3 times in a row now its the doctors surgery.I'm so grateful to them for all they do and the services they provide. Mark is very efficient and diligent with following up.”

“Brilliant pharmacy. I needed a repeat prescription but was self isolating so couldn't go to the pharmacy. I rang the pharmacy and explained that I was self-isolating and despite not having a delivery driver that day, a member of the pharmacy team personally delivered the medication to me in a Covid safe manner. Unlike my previous pharmacy, I never get my prescribed medication in dribs and drabs meaning I have to make several visits - the pharmacy just send me a text message when all my medications are ready and I collect them in one go. The staff are all helpful and professional and even my GP says what a brilliant pharmacy they are.”

“Large shop set on the edge of road in town . Easy access in and around. Vast amount of the Superdrug fare. Very clean nd nice smelling. Reasonably priced and with a very friendly, helpful staff team. Good choice of shop.”

“Lindsey is the most understanding, kind and compassionate store manager. Last year I become seriously ill, and I cannot thank her enough for the support she has shown every time I have communicated with her asking for help and advice on medications ? etc. There is also a young lady with brown long hair who works there, shes also very helpful! (Don't know your name sorry).I've had a few comments made to myself from other staff there which I won't name. But some of the staff need some training on appropriate communication to customers.”

“Amazing service. Came in for some cream for insect bites. A lovely lady, whose name I sadly did not get, said I could see the pharmacist for some advice. The pharmacist saw me immediately and was equally fabulous giving me some antibiotics for infected bites from holiday. They also put my shopping aside when I saw the pharmacist. First class service!
