“I visited the Christchurch store last week for advice which I was super pleased about- I then had a issue pop up so I went back a couple of days later and explained- firstly spoke to Nigel who was understanding but he directed me to Paul the store manager. Although the outcome didn’t fully resolve my issue they did all that they could to help me. I really appreciated the time and the customer service I received! We use B&Q quite a bit- but never really had an issue before so I was super pleased to know they handle it super professionally. Thank you both for your kindness!”
