“Website lost them a point because it doesn't tell you, when ordering, when you can pick up you're click and collect item. I can usually pick up stuff within the hour of ordering, but this time they said it would be available in 3 days time! They only let me know when I had paid. I went to the nearest branch to get my money back as I needed the item immediately, the counter staff were brilliant. Very quickly changed my order, got me a refund and we're very nice about it.”
