Got the rug doctor from here. They don’t tell you that you need a receipt to bring back with you for you to get your £10 deposit back. This is the only place that does this. And it really infuriates me when staff don’t actually fully explain to you what’s going on. So I lost my £10 deposit due to them not explaining... read full comment
