Staff feel the need to be rude because I asked a question

Staff don’t know there own policies for refunds on faulty goods, had to waste my time explaining THIER policies to them to get a refunds, staff are rude and have no idea what is going on, will not be shopping in there again

Received awful customer service today from a man around 12:35. He clearly didn't print a receipt and was adamant that he did. Kept saying, "I'm sure you'll find it," then ran off and refused to help us. He refused to print another receipt.
