So lloyds winton has merged with Halifax. Branch is a complete shambles! The bank has completely forgotten what their customers need or want. Sat talking to a member of staff about a foreign currency transaction at the same table as an elderly couple talk about cashing in their bond! No privacy no confidentiality. Just awful since combining with Halifax.
Imagine if banks did budget banks like Ryanair does budget airline, that's what this branch is now. Running with this metaphor imagine British airways made a deal with Ryanair and then all the British airline planes suddenly turned into Ryanair planes ? ?
