“Proper world class service in here. All staff extremely helpful and personable, especially Kieran who served us on both of our visits. Talkative and informative and helped us in every way possible to make the experience better. Beds are great quality and the shop floor is easy to move around. Much better than bensons for beds (their competitors) next door whom have higher prices, disorganised staff and a bad customer experience overall. If choosing between Dreams and Bensons for beds: always pick dreams!”

“Had a refit on the cafe, very nice bit slow on getting the food out, not enough information on ingredients as it had peppers in and I can't eat them, need to be aware of people's allergies.”

“No doubt they sell high quality goods here but you can find many of the same products online for far cheaper. These companies need to become more competitive if they are going to survive on the high street. Increasing sales online to offset the smaller margins made on the high street is what many businesses do which are still trumping on, otherwise I fear they are going to join BHS, Debenhams, Beales and all the other lovely shops.”

“Was really impressed by Bensons and Glenn who was the salesman who really helped me find exactly what I was looking for. Excellent range of mattresses, excellent prices and also genuine advice. SO pleased I went here rather than repeat buy at John Lewis. However, on checking the website later online, looking for reviews, there was a special online deal with Bensons on the very same day, so to save £ I had to buy online rather than through the shop, when really credit for the sale should have gone to Castlepoint Bensons and Glenn. But would certainly not have bought online if I had not seen the mattress and got the excellent advice”
