rude man answered phone - insisted I came in store before he would come out - when I explained I was 300 miles away and was arranging for someone to meet him at the property and was happy to tell him what I wanted before he came out he informed me there was no point as couldnt do for weeks - Guess he just doesnt want/need... read full comment
