Lovely staff, both Vanessa and Rachel were extremely helpful showing me where things were and even going out of their way to grab a different product for me with a smile on their faces. Nothing but kind and helpful, customer service on point! Very happy and helpful ladies.

It is surprising that this company does not do anything to improve the quality of service from their personnel. Nobody at the pharmacy in queue however waited over 10 minutes standing by the counter and nobody helping even when they look at you standing there. Unfortunately, this Boots Pharmacy is abysmal. I went in to get an emergency prescription from 111, the first lady helped me with no problems as the referral hadn't gone through at that time, but the second lady was so pig ignorant, I asked her for help, looking right at her, and she looked straight through me and turned... read full comment
