Amazing lunch today, we had fish & chips, very tasty & great size portion, I had the Ploughman's, it was excellent, and what a Ploughman's lunch should look like, they've nailed it, best one I've had in years! We will be back, and lovely friendly staff - see you soon

Great, friendly pub with decent affordable pub food. The cheesecake was massive!
Plus we got to see a fantastic band Baby Vegas band.

Rump steak was chewy..so much so that I lost half a tooth. Frozen chips, frozen peas etc. the saving grace was the brûlée?d Brie. An uninspiring menu, no daily specials despite the menu saying there would be. Been coming here on & off for 40 yrs?pub has lost its character.

Booked for 10 people for my birthday. Food and service was excellent. Roast potatoes were really nice and crispy. Had lamb which was bleddy ansum. They have a kids play area out the back which was nice to enjoy in the sun with a pint too. Recommend!

Excellent carvery. Really delicious meat and vegetables -great to see lamb as a choice. Really enjoyed it. Great space for the children to play in outside afterwards. Very friendly staff. Thank you ?
