Attended a funeral wake at the hotel and now have received a parking charge notice from smart parking. Spoke to someone on the telephone at the hotel and they were extremely unhelpful. Beautiful deco, Party and location but was disappointed when having a 3 course meal and then had food poisoning. Called the hotel to let them know and wasn’t even asked what I’d eaten or my name?? I wasn’t the only one to fall ill from our party and shame it wasn’t taken seriously. I have had food poisoning once... read full comment
