“What a Brilliant Experience bed shopping here,I found Magnus the Manager a most helpful and asuring man. He showed us the computerised double bed and set it up for us ,when laying down ,which recommended the type of bed best suited for us.After a little talk we purchased a Tempur Cooltouch sensation Elite 25 King Mattress ,with delivery in two weeks ,what a surprise .Even cups of coffee.”

“This was an excellent quiz night highly recommend was good to see Chris back doing quizes a blast from the past and all my antique friends really enjoyed themselves.. Will definitely come again...A+++ to all staff and teams that did the quiz as all teams were really great on the night.”

“I’ve been to TLH ever since I was a child and have been going every year since, sometimes twice a year! I love this place very much and although there have been both ups and downs over the years, it’s always a place I’d call a second home. The staff are brilliant! Especially the ones at the Carlton hotel and down in the Aztec bistro and spa. The Carlton’s fairly new restaurant manager was a star and he was incredibly welcoming/accommodating to any queries or needs we had. Considering the fact that he’d only been there for a short amount of time, he was fantastic! I also went to mention the amazing Tish, who was the lady that helped me book multiple spa treatments for my family, down at the Aztec! Again, she’s fairly new but was wonderful at helping me and was super friendly! I cannot recommend this place enough for a great family getaway or even just a relaxing break! There’s so much to do both in the warm and cold weather! Excited to see what’s new to come for TLH :)”

“Great value for money. Left my wash bag with expensive perfume in. Went back 2 days later and was pleasantly surprised everything was in. Breakfast very nice, room clean and spacious”

“Lovely compact double room with sea view. Bath and overhead shower. We stayed on the 4th floor . Lovely breakfast and we also had a very nice evening meal. We parked in the garage £10 a day . Parking available outside of the hotel if your lucky.”
