“We had our wedding meal at The Court Farm, in a gorgeous private upstairs room, in November 2024. The service was second to none, you couldn’t have done more for us. Prosecco on arrival and asked why music we would like streamed through the speakers. Would recommend to anyone wanting something quiet, with delicious top quality food and fantastic service. Thank you for making our afternoon so special.”

“Beautiful little medieval style pub, tucked away in the countryside. We went there for lunch after visiting Canonteign Falls as it's only 5 mins away. Food was delicious, staff were really friendly and the place itself felt really inviting. Will definitely be back.”

“Nice traditional pub in the charming Dartmoor village of Chagford. Standard beer offering in nice, spacious seating environment. Tastefully extension and large garden makes it a welcome beer / food stop at the end of a countryside walk.”

“Lovely location, good service, plenty of seating in the garden, dog friendly. Stopped in for lunch and a few drinks. Food was pretty good, hot baguettes were very nice and good value for money. The Rugglestone platter was nice but there wasn't enough bread and there was only one pickled onion which felt abit stingy. Overall pretty good”

“Ideally situated for exploring Dartmoor, perfect for our break. There was no breakfast onsite which we were informed of when booking. However, we had a lovely brunch at Ullacombe farm just up the road. The hosts were friendly and helpful. Providing a travel cot for our little one on short notice.”
