“The real test of a business is how they react when something goes wrong.I bought a streamer (second hand) from Audio Destination, fitted an upgraded power supply, negating any guarantee, and a few weeks afterwards, quite unpredictably, the usb output failed. Mike came up with a very fair solution involving an upgrade at half price, which I was happy to accept, and after a lot of work involving him and Caroline replacing a circuit board and sending the unit back to the USA, everything was sorted out to my complete satisfaction. Throughout this process they kept me fully informed and were unfailingly helpful and pleasant to deal with. They could not be more committed to their customers or to their business.It is very rare to find an audio dealer with a perfect overall 5* rating but in this case it is more than justified. Buy from them with complete confidence.”

We limped to Tiverton where I had found a replacement in stock - hurrah! We wanted to keep it to see if it could be repaired at a later date but as we were heading up the line and didn’t have the space we asked if we could leave it for the week. “Hi, I have just donated a settee and 2 footstools to the Tiverton branch. Their service was excellent, Dan and Jay came on time were very nice, friendly, polite and very efficient, couldn’t fault anything. On reading some other reviews I was shocked, perhaps some people don’t realise you are donating items good enough to be sold to make money for the charity, they are not a removal firm to get rid of non saleable items.
