I was ready to go with my default brand (Sennheiser) based solely on previous product experience. I called the store to check they had stock and popped in.Pete showed went through the specs with me and gently suggested I consider a similar set from Sony (wf-1000xm5). After comparing them side by side I decided to take his word for it.The earbuds are fantastic. Great quality sound, excellent battery life, love the noise cancellation. Comfortable and easy to control via the app.Thanks to RS Exeter too. Great staff, product and price.”
