“I called in today hoping to buy my auntie some art pencils for Christmas. I was extremely tired from work and also In a hurry, I grabbed what I needed and was about to pay when the lady who was at the bottom end of the store came up to get something from the till end. She glanced at what I was buying and said 'i think they are buy one get one free' she went and checked and yes they were, it was clearly marked, but being so rushed and tired I hadn't noticed. They weren't cheap, so I was extremely grateful to this kind lady for mentioning this to me.? A real asset to the store”

“Hi, I have just donated a settee and 2 footstools to the Tiverton branch. Their service was excellent, Dan and Jay came on time were very nice, friendly, polite and very efficient, couldn’t fault anything. On reading some other reviews I was shocked, perhaps some people don’t realise you are donating items good enough to be sold to make money for the charity, they are not a removal firm to get rid of non saleable items. I found the service perfect, this is the third time I have used them. Well done and thank you, I hope my items make you some money.”
