“It's a lovely shop, but due to lack of lift, if you have issues with stairs, you cant get up there. But the reason I've still given them 4 stars is because if you need something from upstairs, do ask a member of staff for what you are looking for and they will go upstairs and bring it to you, if there is a selection they will bring them for you to choose.”
“The shop is tired and lacking atmosphere. It's more like walking into a graveyard BUT I experienced some of the best customer service I have ever received. I was served by Sam who was bright, cheerful and engaging. This young man is a real credit to the store. Nice to know that there are still shop assistants who actually smile and enjoy customer interactions.”
