“Ildi goes above and beyond for customers in the store, always so happy and smiley. I've had several panic attacks whilst in the shop and she always does her best to calm me down, reassure me and offers to grab the rest of my shopping for me. She is always so helpful not just with me but with every customer she serves. I had a friend that has recently passed away with leukaemia and when he used to go in to do his shopping Ildi would cater to his every need. She always asks how you are, especially if she can see you looking upset/ not your usual self. She is not just a shop assistant and a great worker, she is a lovely friend. Always brightens my day when I see her.Very hard worker that deserves alot of recognition.”
