Popped in to buy an eyebrow pencil. No testers at all so put a dot on my hand to check the colour tone. The assistant then told me off (I'm 59). I would recommend shopping elsewhere.
Most of the staff here are normal and very helpful, but the older lady in her 50s with dark hair who I think might be the manager is awful.
Made me feel very uncomfortable and gave very strange vibes before she followed me in the shop. It was so bad I felt I had to leave... read full comment

Rude staff and the manager is a joke just chatting not doing any work bossing others around sat on their throne / high chair
Not a good look of not a Great example to the rest of her staff lol
