“On 26th October we were travelling home from our holiday. I have a medical condition and desperately needed to find a toilet. We had tried unsuccessfully to park, but as it was market day we couldn't find anywhere. We pulled into the South Molton Costcutter store and asked if there was a toilet we could use. As soon as the young male assistant was told that I was on medication, he immediately took us to a staff toilet. He was so considerate and kind that we wanted his kindness to be recognised.
