I visited yesterday for an MOT that had been organised by the seller of a car I purchased in Cullompton recently, as part of the sale.I had to cancel my original appointment at short notice because my wife had gone into labour the night before and I knew I wouldn't make it in time.The replies on Facebook Messenger were quick and helpful, offering me the opportunity to re-book at a later date. I then messaged late in the afternoon a few days later and I was able to fit into a slot the next morning.The seller of the vehicle had already had to cancel the MOT he had originally booked, so the flexibility was really appreciated here, they were understanding and really helpful.On arrival I handed over my keys and went to the waiting area which was comfortable and pleasant, then shortly after I was told that a small amount of work was needed to pass the MOT, which could be done on the spot for a small cost.Shortly after the car had passed, everything was paid up and I was driving home within the hour.I'm not local to this garage but the service was excellent and I appreciate the value of good feedback. My experience was quick, professional and courteous. If I was closer I would use again without question. Good local garages are difficult to find.”
