“My wheel was making a funny sound, thought it was the bearing. Took it in but it turned out to be something stuck behind the backplate (something like that, can't remember exactly) I was all prepared to leave it there and pick it up tomorrow but they said problem, it's only a 5 minute job. The took the wheel off, removed the stone and then - fixed. Amazing thing is that they did it for free! Incredible.These guys are now my new garage.”

Also a rare occurrence I didn't feel talked down to because I was female or the assumption I wouldn't know about cars something a lot of garages could learn from. To sum up reliable, good value for money and excellent customer service. Would recommend. I use them every time even though it's an hour's walk from there to my work. It's worth it!”

“I had lost my front number plate on my way to London. Carl the member of staff that served me was great, initially we thought that the only documentation they could take was a V5, however after explaining my situation, Carl decided to see if there was anything else they could accept to purchase the number plate. After a bit of searching he found we could use alternative documentation that I had available and I was able to buy the number plate and continue with my journey. That’s customer service. Others would have turned me away claiming they could only do it with something I didn’t have on me. However Carl put in the extra time and work to find a solution which I really really appreciated. “Booked kawasaki in for 2 tyres. Turned up today and I can see I needed new pads. They suggested SP motorcycles up the road. Rang. Bought pads. Then found out that fronts were wrong pads, so they kindly drove me to SP so I could change them. They fitted for a small additional cost. Great experience. Good guys! Not the first time I've been to these guys. It's the 4th or 5th for tyres or wheel alignment on both my cars. Well done guys for keeping up great work and helping us all.”
