  My name is Khara Pierre. I came into the branch in Plymouth yesterday.I had a wonderful lady called Megan, who was fantastic from start to finish. She was friendly, professional and informative.her customer service is excellent, I had my 5-month-old baby with me, and he needed to be fed, and she even warmed up the milk for him.Megan is an asset to the company, and I was really happy with how she helped and treated me.I wish there were more people like her in today's world. She is just fab!

  Yesterday I visited the YBS in Armada Way. At the same time a person collapsed on the floor and suffered a fit. That customer seemed to be well known to the 2 members of staff and they did not panic, kept a calm atmosphere. When the person recovered they treated the customer with respect, understanding and kindliness. I found it reassuring to find such nice people are employed there.
