This has to be the worst Screwfix I have ever visited, talk about staff who dont want to be there, just standing around, I walked in the other day to pick up and order, there was me and one other customer who was already being served. Amazing staff, always friendly, polite and go above the call of duty. Charlotte and Pearl on the trade counter are so helpful.

Usually have everything i need in stock. Staff are very helpful. The separate trade area really helps to get in, collect, and get out quicker.
