Because it’s a large chain company obviously corporate want profit over anything else and so especially in this story it depends on the day and the worker whether you get good service or shitty service. Visited last week to ask if they’d service two e-bikes, they run off Yamaha so I was told they couldn’t service the electrical side of things, which is fine and a expected this, hence why I visited to ask.
