Excellent and very professional welcome by Rit. Our tandem needed a repair for the disc brake (rear wheel). Very quickly, Rit realised our need. He gave us r-v 30 minutes later. Again, professional gesture to find out if we were OK with his choices for the (veiled) disc, namely to change it for another range.
