Customer service is absolutely shocking. We were promised a delivery date but the flooring failed to arrive. When trying to rebook a date, we were told it could turn up anytime. Engaging with customers service is frustrating at best! We?ve lost a lot of money reorganising builders around the poor service from direct wood flooring. Avoid this company.
