Wouldn't allow me to collect parcel nearish to closing with the system being closed after nine, DPD site and app mentions until closing just couldn't be bothered

Very rude and unhelpful. Trying to pick up an item and mentioned the courier in the first place, the man kept asking which courier and it was very hard to understand him. Told me off for wearing the earphone for not listening to him when my music wasn’t playing at all. He asked for ID and I was trying to bring it out...
