I went to the pharmacy department to ask a personal question, and the woman there said “noooo” in my face and stared at me like I was stupid and made me feel uncomfortable, and then she laughed at me as I said Thankyou and I was still being polite, as i walked away, very rude.

OK unless your getting a prescription near to the cut off time for lunch. The staff should take priority for people collecting prescriptions, not making up new ones! Not impressed with the service this time and this is not the first time this has happened either!!
