“Went into the Plymouth branch today with an old Portman Building Society passbook from 2004 and needed to change my name and address. Nathan, the Branch Manager couldn’t have been more helpful even though it was just for a tenner. My late mum always used, and loved Nationwide and tbf when she passed away her local branch were super helpful when I was dealing with her accounts. High five guys - thank you.”

“Good location.A bit difficult to queue for pumps 1/2 and 3/4, due to the angle, and the tight space, but overall it’s fine, as 8 pumps are available.Usual BP pricing for fuel.They store a nice range of sweets and drinks, and they also have a Costa coffee machine.Staff is welcoming and not noisy.There are 3 parking bays inside the courtyard, if you just need to buy some products and not fuel. They are located right next to Vospers and Fast Fit, which is a great thing if you want to refill your windscreen fluid, or you can even pop-in at Fast Fit for any checks on your car.”

“Cheapest petrol in town! Bit tricky to navigate as other cars don't realise there's a big queue behind them and don't drive up to the farthest gas pump to fill up (closest to shop). BUT...a lovely lady came out to check on me to see if I needed help (I have a disabled badge). That's never happened before. Will defo try again at a quieter time of day.”
