This branch has always been welcoming, the staff are easy to deal with and have been helpful to me. It can be slow at times but we all need a bit of patience. That's the way things are going with fewer stall and on line banking it's a precarious balance. Hope this branch doesn't close ?

Some staff friendly but today I felt very uncomfortable dealing with simon I felt judged and he came across very rude and patronising I won't be returning to this branch
