“I don’t post many reviews but I felt I should mention how pleased I was with my experience at Carters today, I’m so used to walking into stores like this with parcels to send back only to be met with a reluctant huffy staff member but today has restored my faith in good old fashioned courtesy and customer service, Hannah served me, she couldn’t have been more helpful and did so with a smile, thank you!”

“Store experience is good.
Car park is hideous, spaces are too narrow and accessibility terrible. No vehicle, no matter how small can turn around meaning drivers having to reverse into the same lane as those vehicles entering! Clearly designed for max amount of spaces yet no room to manouver! Suggest taking a tin opener with you!”

“No issues. Visiting today from another place. Fancied some food for a quick picnic so went in and grabbed some picnic food. No fuss or stress. Just quick in, and out. Clean, store with easy access and able to find what we needed quickly.”
“Considering this is a corner shop style location it's surprisingly reasonably priced. They accept debit cards without the usual insistence of a minimum £5 spend and have a good selection of stuff. They also have an ATM, a coffee vending machine and an in-store bakery. The staff are very helpful and friendly.”

“I go to the ship nearly everyday and they have lovely staff the I can stand there for hour and speak to them and yh the shop mite be running low on this but the staff ant help it if they don't have a say on what's need to be bought for the shop since the manager is never there”
