“We have always received excellent and very personable service from the staff at our local Wells Pharmacy in Ottery BUT I really have to compliment the Team after twice they appeared to receive the incorrect instruction from the medical centre for my medication , a similar name but not quite the correct code with of course me coming to collect..... and finding the wrong medication .... After another prescription came through they texted me ( so helpful ) to say `Ready`.... and when I arrived they had the correct cream ready for me .... with such polite appologies... which were in no way required ......
